1 / How much do you charge?
My services are completely free. Every holiday, hotel, flight, cruise and event ticket has commission built into the prices. So every time I make a booking I get paid
2 / Why should I use an Independent Travel Agent?
Think of me as your travel concierge. Because I get to know my clients and their specific needs I will tailer your holiday to suit those needs and your budget. You also benefit from my personal connections and industry credentials should you need anything sorting out. I can also get insider deals like room upgrades which a search engine just can't do.
3 / Will I pay more for a holiday booked through you?
In short, absolutely not. We have access to the same pricing as the online search engines and we can often price match when comparing exact holidays. In a lot of cases we can actually find discounts and other promotional offerings that aren't available to the the general public.
4 / What information should I have before contacting you?
Ideally you should have set your budget. This gives me an idea of how much bang I can get for your buck based upon your idea of the perfect trip. Being a Yorkshire lass I love getting more for less so I will search for the best deal I can for you whilst providing you with a fun and memorable itinerary that you can afford.
5 / Do I have to pay upfront for my holiday?
As long as you book in advance then no. However, anything booked within 12 weeks of travel will require full payment up front. Each resort and tour operator sets their own deposit requirements and the lowest I have is £59pp. If you would like help budgeting then I can set up a tailored payment plan for you.
6 / I've heard some horror stories about people losing their money. What protection do I have?
There is absolutely no risk because you pay the tour operators direct via a secure link. As all the operators we work with are fully vetted we can provide peace of mind you are protected.
